Hi, Scott. I found your comment on the Zappos site + wanted to let you know about a really effective treatment I've found for plantar fasciitis - it's quite spectacular, really! Thanks for dropping by. And, your post well illustrates a basic reality: Most people don't want to do a bad job. But, if they're treated badly, they start getting worn down - which translates into bad customer service.

The New York Times, January 1, 2007, published an article on the restoration of the Owens River. The most interesting point of this article, I think, is that Owens Valley residents are now less adversarial towards Los Angeles and the DWP. This is apparently due to the fact that the DWP is one of the Valley's largest employers.
